Reservation hours are strictly dedicated to clients with confirmed bookings only. Walk-in customers will not be accommodated during reserved time slots unless otherwise stated by management.
All online payments made through GCash or Maya for reservations are non-refundable.
If a client fails to arrive within their booked time, the reservation will be considered missed, and no refund will be issued.
Clients who miss their reserved time may still avail of the service by visiting during walk-in hours and presenting their official receipt.
However, they will be treated as walk-in clients and will be served according to walk-in availability and queue order.
Grooming services booked through reservations may have a slightly higher price compared to walk-in services.
This difference reflects not only the grooming service itself but also the exclusive time slot and priority accommodation provided. Reserved clients are served immediately at their selected time, ensuring convenience and minimal waiting.
